Graham has enjoyed a diverse and broad career working in the energy sector for large international companies and as a consultant. He holds degrees in engineering; BSc. Eng. (Mechanical) and MSc. Eng (Electrical). He has acquired 25+ years of hands on experience in the energy and gases industry in roles in the technical, logistics, operational and consulting fields. He has been the Operations and Engineering Manager for a global energy company, and is currently a Director of Synthesis Energy, focussed on providing energy and technical solutions to industry.

​Rowen is a registered Pr Eng (professional engineer) and Chartered Chemical Engineer (British Institute of Chemical Engineers) with 13 years experience in severely corrosive chemical process environments, and thereafter a further decade of experience with:
structural condition audits for a diverse range of large industrial and commercial clients (chemical and petrochemical plants, power stations, hotels, office blocks, etc.), and
structural maintenance engineering - primarily corrosion mitigation, paint specifications,  concrete patch repairs, waterproofing and specialist flooring solutions.
